Overview

The apartments are designed for modern city dwellers who want open plan living. Generally, they have been designed for investment purposes, with two bedrooms, each with a bathroom.

Bedrooms

The second bedroom has been designed with double doors opening to the living space, allowing the open plan nature of the apartment to be fully appreciated. This allows the occupier flexibility to use the second bedroom as a second living area, study, or dining room.

This bedroom/multipurpose room has built in storage to both sides of the double doors. Each double bedroom is provided with built in wardrobes.

Bathrooms

The bathrooms are of the highest quality, manufactured as completed units in Oamaru by "deGeest".  Each bathroom features full height white tiled walls with dark tiled floors. The shower is level entry, and tiled.

The toilet is a European back to wall pan with in-wall cistern .The basin is wall hung.

Both bathrooms are fitted out with high quality taps and bathroom hardware, heated towel rails, and wall-mounted vanity cabinets providing storage behind a sliding mirror door.

Kitchen Appliances

Each apartment is fitted with a galley kitchen incorporating a 240 litre integrated fridge freezer, a dishdrawer dishwasher, and an underbench oven. The minimalist white kitchen joinery has a four element hob fitted into the laminate work surface- which is detailed with integral drainer and sink.

The edge margin has an aluminum detail which matches the toespace finish.

Kitchen Joinery

Each kitchen has a two metre high pantry matching the integrated fridge cabinet dimensions. The joinery units are constructed using European drawers with integral cutlery trays, and rubbish bin.

Handles and hardware are stainless steel horizontal bar type.

Decks

Each apartment has a deck opening off the living space, and sometimes a bedroom. All of the apartments have inner city views, some exceptional, and sun.
